Our client wanted a lightweight way to record when people were in the office together.
We built a system that would allow a user to sign up and invite other users via their email address. The system would email each user every day to ask if they were in the office. Each user could respond with a "yes" or "no" which would be recorded by the system. The initial user can then view a summary of all users for the previous week. This data can also be downloaded for sharing with health services.
